Hello new friends!
Our campaign is officially over and we can’t wait to see more than 16,000 cyclists wearing their new Park & Diamond helmets on streets all over the world. But now, it’s time for our team to kick our manufacturing process into high gear to stay on track to hit all helmet perk delivery dates. We will send periodic updates on helmet shipping and other exciting news (shipping will begin at the end of February 2019 and continue until all helmets are delivered).
But The Fun Isn’t Over Yet
As an original backer, rest assured you received the best prices we will ever offer. And even though our initial Indiegogo pre-order campaign has ended, we decided to continue pre-order sales on Indiegogo’s “InDemand” online store. To keep it super easy, we’re using the same LINK to share with folks who didn’t pre-order their Park & Diamond helmet during our launch campaign.
All future pre-orders during the “InDemand period” will still be at a great price (44% discount off retail pricing).
Keep An Eye Out for Email Updates
We will send an email survey in 2-3 weeks to confirm your shipping address (for each helmet ordered) and future email surveys will ask for helmet size and color (for each helmet ordered, from our standard color choices: Black, Gray, Blue, maroon and tan). For backers who ordered additional hat skin colors, there will be another email survey asking your color choices (Stretch Perk Hat Colors: Arctic White; Yellow; Green; Beige; Salmon; Teal/Aquamarine; Pink)
NOTE: We will be working with BackerKit - a trusted and experienced partner who will help make sure your Park & Diamond helmet, hat skin, and case are all shipped exactly as you requested by the most efficient shipping partner.
We’ll try not to bother you too much (about twice each month), but want to make sure our backers are the first to hear any cool new product updates and exclusive company news. We have some fun and exciting updates planned -- please stay tuned for details!
For now, just enjoy the coming holiday season and we will post another reminder before starting this process.

Just a quick reminder that we now have a referral program set up, so you can earn 10% cash back on all of your friends’ and family’s purchases. If the Park & Diamond helmet comes up during the Thanksgiving holidays with your family this week, make sure you pass on your link instead of just the name of the campaign. In the spirit of Thanksgiving and gratitude, you could always split your 10% with the person who helped you make the referral!

Hello friends!
We’ve had a few questions come in lately about how you can add a perk to your order. If you’re one of the hundreds of backers who’d like to add on a helmet skin in one of our new colors, the following instructions should be very helpful!
Thankfully, the process is simple, though it can be cumbersome depending on how many perks you’d like to purchase:
Step 1: Purchase perk #1. You’ve probably already done this step since you’re here with us now!
Step 2: Go back to the campaign page.
Step 3: Login to your Indiegogo account.
If you purchased perk #1 as a guest, that’s okay. You can continue to check out as a guest if you’d like, but it won’t save your shipping address info, etc. for each new perk addition.
Step 4: Scroll down the campaign page until you find the second perk you’d like to purchase. For example, let’s say you want to order one of the new color skins.
Step 5: When you click on a perk, it will expand to provide more details and a white/pink button at the bottom of the perk that says “GET THIS PERK”:
Step 6: Click “GET THIS PERK” and complete the checkout process.
Step 7: Repeat the process as needed. For example, if you want to purchase 4 additional helmet skins, you’d need to repeat the process above 4 times.
