Following is a clarification of Tuesday’s update:
Regardless of the perk you ordered (e.g. Super Early Bird perk, Tandem 2-Pack perk or Team 4-Pack perk), your shipping group will be based approximately on your Contribution ID.
Shipping Group 1 - Contribution ID# 1 - 3,000* helmets, will ship in June
Shipping Group 2 - Contribution ID# 3001- 5,000* helmets, will ship in July
Shipping Group 3 - Contribution ID# 5,001* and up helmets, will ship in August
*NOTE: Please use your Contribution ID# as the best approximation of your shipping group (and disregard Indiegogo’s “Estimated delivery date”).
Where do I find my Contribution ID?
To find your contribution ID:
1. Log into your Indiegogo account on a desktop computer (this information is not available on your mobile device)
2. Click on the dropdown in the upper right, under “My Contributions”
3. Select “Contribution Details”
4. Your Contribution ID will be on this screen.

Hi friends,
We appreciate your patience as we know you’ve been anxiously awaiting this update. Let’s get right to it - here is our latest helmet shipping schedule:
- Shipping Group 1 - first 3,000 helmets will ship in June
- Shipping Group 2 - next 5,000 helmets will ship in July
- Shipping Group 3 - next 15,000 helmets will ship in August
Please note: Exact shipping tracking dates will be sent to each backer as soon as have specific shipping dates and details. As some customers have ordered multiple helmets in Tandem (2 helmets) and Team Packs (4 helmets), your Indiegogo contribution ID # will only give you a good approximation of your shipping month.

Hello Friends,
First, we sincerely thank all of you for your support and for all the fantastic emails and comments we’ve received — it’s our commitment to providing you (and every cyclist) with access to a safe, comfortable, attractive and portable helmet.
You deserve transparency and we want to give it to you - please bear with us for this long (but very informative) update.
Designing, building and delivering a safe bike helmet with top suppliers from all over the world has been hugely complex - and quite frankly, it has taken more time than we anticipated. This complexity has been further compounded by the current international trade climate, which has disrupted production and sourcing in many industries. As a result, it was necessary to switch hat skin and helmet strap suppliers. The good news is that our push to partner with additional suppliers now will help us continue to build and deliver the safest and coolest new helmets for years to come.
We have a smart, resourceful and insanely dedicated team working 24/7 across three continents to deliver your helmet. WE WILL DELIVER on our mission to protect every cyclist’s head and prevent future injuries.
First 3,000 Helmets Will Ship in June 2019
As of today, we expect to begin shipping Super Early Bird orders by mid-June and continue shipping all orders throughout the summer until we deliver every helmet.
We’ve moved an entire team to China to manage our supply chain, manufacturing, and shipping processes. They’ve been there for most of the past four months and will remain on the ground until all orders have been shipped.
Some Good News...
We’ve hired more engineers and operations staff, secured additional funding and are looking forward to a full commercial launch after we deliver all Indiegogo orders (late summer/early fall 2019). This may not sound important, but the reality is the more stable our business is, the better we can deliver, support and continue to grow with you - from manufacturing and shipping, to offering an outstanding customer experience, followed by creating additional safety helmets and stylish hat skins.

If you're having trouble finding your Backerkit survey, please follow these instructions:
1. If you pre-ordered your helmet BEFORE Nov. 28 and haven't received your survey email:
- Check your spam folder and email inbox
- If it’s not there AND you have an order Contribution confirmation (dated before Nov. 28), please retrieve your survey at: https://park-diamond-foldable-bike-helmet.backerkit.com
- You MUST use the same email used for your Indiegogo pre-order.
- Complete the survey and press submit. You're done!
For multiple orders: You may receive only one Backerkit survey, so look for the following link at the top of your survey:
You have multiple surveys for this project, Switch to another Survey
You can toggle between orders to confirm helmet size and hat skin color for each helmet ordered.
2. If you pre-ordered AFTER Nov. 28 and haven't received your survey email:
- If it's been LESS than 2½ weeks since you pre-ordered, your Backerkit survey email will arrive within 14 days.
- If it's been MORE than 2½ weeks since you pre-ordered, please follow the instructions in #1 (above).

The Park & Diamond standard color choices are Black, Gray, Blue, Maroon, and Tan.
NOTE: Backers who ordered additional hat skin colors will be sent an additional email survey asking for this hat skin color selection.
Helmet skin color choices are (select one): Arctic White, Yellow, Green, Beige, Salmon, Teal/Aquamarine, and Pink.
