Dear Indiegogo Community,
This campaign has been brought to our attention by some of our backers, who have alerted us that they never received their perk. Campaign owners are required by our Terms of Use to fulfill their perks or issue refunds to backers. At this point, the majority of the funds for this campaign have already been disbursed to the campaign owner and Indiegogo has used the remaining funds held by Indiegogo to refund backers.
Due to evidence of unfulfillment of perks and lack of substantive response from the campaign owner, Indiegogo has conducted an investigation into this campaign. We have followed our protocol for investigating unfulfilled campaigns, which could include requesting demonstrative proof that the campaign owner has progressed towards fulfillment. We’ve also followed our protocol for enforcing unfulfilled campaigns, which could include any of the following based on the circumstances: banning campaign owners from launching new campaigns, sending campaign owners to collections, and reporting campaign owners to law enforcement officials if we suspect malintent.
In the meantime, we encourage backers to reach out directly to the campaign owner for a solution. We've seen campaigns offer a variety of solutions, including a full or partial refund, alternative perks, or discounts on a similar product. Please see their contact information below:

Dear Backers,
Coming out of the Chinese New Year, we’ve continued to make progress completing your helmet.
The Park & Diamond helmet has passed preliminary testing at our manufacturing site. Next, will be extensive safety testing at our independent lab (during the next 2-3 weeks). From there, we will move on to any necessary tweaks to the helmet core's final design, which we expect to do during April.
Following this testing and final helmet core optimizing steps, we will send our next product update with additional timelines on our progress.
As always, we greatly appreciate all of our backer’s patience as you take this unique journey with us. We are very committed to delivering your helmet.

Dear Backers,
During January, we have started to make good progress towards producing helmets.
Some highlights:
We have successfully changed our manufacturing vendor and other key vendors.
We have re-ordered tooling and are currently fine-tuning the tooling process during the remainder of this month.
The fact is we have learned a lot throughout this process and we are applying this learning to produce a great new bike helmet. There is no doubt that our unique and very special helmet took a lot longer than we all expected; however, we fully expect to produce a great foldable and good-looking bike helmet for all backers who contributed to this campaign.
As we mentioned in our last update, we are coming up on the Chinese New Year and will send additional updates and milestones as they occur following the Chinese New Year.

Dear Backers,
We sincerely thank all of our backers for their undeniable patience and we remain resolute and committed to creating a safe helmet for all of you. It has been a long haul and we expect criticism, but it doesn’t sway us from our mission and stick-to-it mentality to complete this mission and provide each of you with a safe and unique bike helmet.
On the manufacturing front, we’re currently in the process of qualifying the final assembly manufacturer for mass production. Recently, we identified critical gaps in the previous vendor's health and safety processes. Notability, a lack of shielding on the vendor's high-frequency machines. We were unable to amicably resolve these issues with the vendor and transitioned to a new larger vendor that meets our strict requirements.
As for Park & Diamond’s next steps, we will have updated tooling compatible with the processes of the new vendor by December 30, 2021, and we will begin the qualification process in early 2022. We will have a more concrete timeline at the end of the test process, which will likely finish shortly after the 2022 Chinese New Year (approx. mid-February 2022).
We know many of you have waited a long time and these dates won’t make everyone happy, but we want to best manage our backer’s expectations and provide the most current and realistic milestone dates.
We remain committed to delivering a safe and foldable helmet to all backers.

Over the past couple of months, we’ve made some constructive changes to our production leadership team. While our helmet production is still delayed, our company and investors remain fully committed to producing and delivering your helmet.
Once the new production team is fully up-to-speed we will provide more information on our production and shipping schedule.
